Kraft Insurance Services, by its affiliated agencies of Wilson-Turner-Gavin, Inc. and Randal Kraft Insurance Agency, enjoys a history beginning in 1925. Our mission is to be recognized as a professional, independent insurance organization that provides solutions and advice as it relates to the protection of our clients’ assets.
It is our goal to assist in risk management strategies, using our knowledge and experience as the base. We are committed to providing the best insurance experience for our clients with respect, quality, and service at its core. In doing so, we are committed to honoring God by applying Christian principles, thereby meeting customer needs by adding professional value while facilitating positive long-term relationships with our clients, community, and peers.
Where We Do Business
Our physical location is in Joplin, Missouri, but we do business across the United States! We are currently licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Oregon, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
